gonna get my wisdom plucked down a couple of notches...quite literally. in about 7 hrs time, i'm gonna go through what's apparently an extremely painful experience: getting TWO of my molars extracted, with one MORE probably a couple of weeks after that! at $300 a tooth, i'm wondering which part is gonna hurt more - the pocket or my mouth!

heh...but thankfully, Dad's letting me use his CPF to pay for the operation - my only regret is not getting it done a couple of months ago - when the SAF would have had to foot the bill!! (not to mention the 5 day MC that comes along with each tooth extracted that i missed out on too :p)


la de dah...getting along pretty okay in school. it's nice getting to meet new people again! everyone's really friendly in school...especially the people in CSS (Catholic Students' Society), and i've met a couple of new friends too - Mingde (geog, soci, SEA), Jeffrey (SEA), Cylysce (soci), Jiamin, Sabrina & Gerald (elang), Jialing & Davin (Eval. acad arg)..to name a few. Plus of course i've been reunited with peeps like yin hong: my buddy in camp the last 2 yrs of NS, desmond seah(we've known each o/r since st. michael's was still called that!) alexius (met him thru legion of mary in sec 1, then we were sch mates again in CJC) and of course, mar! (one of the few classmates fr 2t33 i've kept in touch with since CJ days..",)

haiz...i truly am blessed to be in the situation i'm in. especially I hardly deserve to be here, with my atrocious grades in the As - i got a BCD, no less!! He has truly blessed me, surrounding me with friends and all. Sometimes i wonder why i feel so sorry for myself...how silly of me. i just need look around (instead of at the ground) and at once i realise how fortunate i am.

thank you, thank you so much, dear Lord. i know there's nothing i can ever do to repay you, but yet in my indebtedness may i continue serving you always - help me never to take my blessings for granted!
