muahahaha...yes!! i'm finally free from the clutches of the evil monster, the SAF! haha..
well, technically it's on wednesday that i'm really out, but since i've already collected my pink I.C., it's time to celebrate! heh.. and i've got another reason to celebrate too - wednesday's the day i receive my metaphorical 'key to freedom'...my passage to adult-hood. :)

hmmm...but to be really honest, if you ask me, turning 21 doesn't really feel that magical or anything. to me it's just another number. i wouldn't consider myself an adult till i'm truly independant - perhaps after i've completed my studies, got a job, helping to support the family...hmm, yea, then, and only then, would i begin toying with the idea of having "come of age".

besides, i haven't even found myself a part time job... can't afford to let these few months slip by while i wait to matriculate into university. $6110/yr...that's how much an education's gonna cost me! ha.. oh wells. no point fretting about it right?? time's much better spent doing something about it..

so that's why i'm looking to get a job. wish me luck!
