One of the perks of being a sergeant in this organisation, well, is one gets to do COS duties..

Ha! (Quite contrary to what I've been complaining about so often these days, no?) Only today being an exception: while the rest of the company is out at marina slogging under what is probably the usual blistering heat, here I am enjoying the air-conditioned comfort of the company office..even finding the time to blog after completing the routine paperwork =)

And to top it all off, it's only me and Bala (he's serving a one month SOL-stoppages of leave, which i suspect he got on purpose in order to save money. After all, the organisation does take care of it's soldiers..even those they punish. Free food and lodging, with excellent security..It's a pretty good deal, come to think of it)in the company line, with no one else to bug us! Haha.. no superiors to answer to, no endless stream of phonecalls each with a promise of more work to come..

If only everyday were sunday.. :)
