hmm...it's interesting how the Fallen One still has such a great influence in our lives (even after 2000+ years!). from what i think i've been taught the Creator has given us something called choice: whether or not we want to return to Him at the end of our stay here on earth is entirely up to us...or is it?

He's allowed one of his angels - who's gone against Him, of course - to have free reign to dangle little 'incentives' enticing us along the way; to persuade and perhaps mislead us into doing wrong. to lead us down not the path of morality, being united and loving toward one another, but the opposite. by placing thoughts into our heads, he turns unity into dividedness; love into hatred.. ironically by turning exactly those who loved and were united - against each other.

shocking? maybe..but it has been this way since the beginning of time. saddening? definitely. is there any hope for us then, to cease this meaningless cycle of madness? the answer, i'm afraid, i may not be able to provide - but i know who can, He's the One deep inside.
