anyway, about my day: woke up at a time later than 0530 -- for the second time in a week -- feeling like someone with a temperature warm enough to fry an egg. planned to go see the doc later in the day, then meet ate kabayo n edwardo at Macs for lunch at 1330...

1100 - still at home; feeling too lazy to get outta the house.
1105 - msg ate kabayo to say i didnt feel like going out...
1125 - she's annoyed i'm pangsei-ing her, but wouldnt hire hitmen to have me killed for it :P
1339 - ate msgs me to say she turned up at Macs anyway
1400+ - a guilty kuya rabbit rushes down to Macs, finds ate with Sherlyn, Louis, Spyke and Edwardo too. %p

this may actually sound like i was reluctant to have to leave the house and all, but honestly i'm really glad i did! and as a result of which, i had the privillege of enjoying a splendid evening with a friend i hadn't seen in a long time, catching up on the past few weeks and stuff. it felt really great to be 'reconnecting' with one of my closest confidantes; renewing ties that were near fading -- it made me realise how much this friendship meant to me (not that it wasn't before, only now i realise how true friends must never, ever be neglected) c",) thanks ate! i know i can always confide in you with all my troubles - i only hope that you'll allow me to do the same for you...
