back in singapore...actually we arrived tuesday at 1250 (instead of monday nite), b'cos our flight from php got delayed, and the airline put us up at Grand City Hotel in Bandar seri bgwn, brunei, cos we missed our connecting flight thanx 2 the initial delay...yea. aniwae, it's good to be back home. =)

got to type a report for our mission..to be submitted by fridae. darn, im really beginning to miss the philippines - esp Grace and the rest of the Reyes family...not forgetting the adorable Claire-Ann, (to whom i'm affectionately known as 'Kuya Rabbit'...:p) the perpetually playful Eli-jahn, Charlie's Angels: the 4eva-smiling Lorraine, fonzie's crush Charlyn, and their very photogenic cousin, Krizel...there's the other cousin Rissa too (who sent us off @ the airport wif Grace) and the Erap city teach', Maria Fhiel - whom i really admire cos she's stopped her own studies 4 the past two years to work so her 2 younger siblings could go to sch...

...and of course there's Tita Letty, our host, Principal n founder of Paaralang Pangtao (The People's School, in tagalog), Grace's mom and grandmom of the other girls, who was like a grandmother to me, Tita Bambie & Tito Louis - with whom i stayed with for the home stay, who treated me as one of their own, and their children Louie-Jay, Precious n Christian. of course there's marlon and eugene, their nephews (who're abt my age/ slightly older) who showed me the ropes n taught me to be 'street-smart'<...most importantly the phrase mahal na mahal kita;) >

Jay (Tita Letty's 2nd youngest, at 26), Alan n Alan's fellow choir members in Amen (Tin-Tin, Judith, Victor, Cathy and Cha, to name a few) were really warm towards us, with Cathy n Cha each allowing us to stay in their homes for a nite, and Jay n Alan pretty much being our "tour-guides" for most of our stay there...and the really nice Lolas Amy and Anita (altho i only met them on the morning we were leaving Anawim)... ...

sigh...i'm really missing them...
