we (the mission trip community) had fund raising again..at ctk this time..had a little jumble sale, with fr andrew's approval. we managed to raise a tidy sum of $700 plus..compared to the $200 we raised at holy trinity...hmm, that shows that amk catholics are more generous than tampinese catholics..hehe ;) now that we have two new additions to the team, namely terence n edward, there will be nine of us going...
the others being sherlyn, spyke, cheryl, myself, fonz, suresh n selveraj...(the last two fellows are hindu 16 yr olds, and we'll be meeting them for the first time this sunday..when plan to do car-washing :) ) hmm, the more workers sent to the harvest the better, but that also means another $1000 we need to raise..:p to date, we have approximately 2 weeks to raise $2084/=...yea, that's a lot of money...
